Single Account: One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

You agree to use Amicus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

Amicus and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms, are the property of Amicus or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
AI-generated responses are provided for your use in research and analysis. You retain ownership of your queries and uploaded content, and grant Amicus a license to use such content to provide services.
5. Service Limitations
Amicus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied:
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
- Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
- That the service will meet your specific requirements
- That defects will be corrected without cost

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Amicus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Amicus in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Subscription & Payment
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Billing occurs on the same day each month/year as your subscription start date
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the service settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through prominent notice on the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
